My Mission
By using the vehicle of health and fitness give people back to themselves. To help them reclaim and take control of there lives.
Lifestyle is the name of the game. My program is designed to help teach the client to fish as apposed to just giving them the fish. My goal is to empower my clients, to have them ultimately adopt a new lifestyle and learn to rely on themselves while providing them the tools they need to make a lasting transformation. Ultimately helping them to take back control of their lives through discipline and self love. After my 3 month program clients will have the tools and the momentum necessary to carry on with the healthy/fit lifestyle. Also The average client will lose anywhere from 25 to 50 pounds during the three month program.

My Program Consists of 5 Major Parts:

It is my intent to provide a structured program to help facilitate lifestyle change along with big weight loss & life transformation. In my program you will find that I provide you all the tools required to achieve your desired goals.
Part #1 Nutrition
You can’t outwork a bad diet!
I provide a custom macro nutrient breakdown with full meal prep service Monday through Friday. Over the weekends clients are in charge of prepping food from custom designed meal plan. First week I will cover grocery shopping tour and explain how to get started effectively prepping your own meals for weekends. The organization of having exactly what your individual body needs prepped and ready is an absolute game changer. It will take away from the anxiety of how much and what to eat. I use different spices to keep it interesting along with fresh top quality meats. Eat the meals and watch the weight fall off!
Part #2 Resistance/ Weight Training
“DONT ASK FOR LIGHTER BURDENS, ASK FOR BROADER SHOULDERS.”
1 on 1 personal training Monday through Thursday. 1 hour progressive based programming designed to work with you at your level. We set small fitness goals on the way to your weight loss goals. This process helps you stay engaged and focused on vision of stronger self rather than just the big 3 headed monster of needing to lose 100 pounds by tomorrow. You didn’t put on the weight over night and you will not lose it that fast either. Good healthy weight loss is 2 to 3 pounds a week. We will do weekly weigh ins to asses progress every Thursday during session.
Part #3 Cardio/ Activity
“Activity equals results”
Activity level is big part of healthy weight loss. So many of us work inactive desk jobs that leads to obesity. Clients will work with me on ways to increase activity level to 10,000 or more steps a day with cardio activity’s of there choice. Goal is to create an active lifestyle and shed pounds by creating a calorie deficit without crashing calorie intake to nothing. By going to low in calories it can result in slowing of metabolism as well as inability to build muscle which ads fat loss. So in order to go into a calorie deficit raising activity is most always more effective than cutting calories too low.
Part #4 Mindset
“IF YOU CAN SEE IT IN YOUR MIND, YOU CAN HOLD IT IN YOUR HAND.”
It is my strong belief that unless the client is ready to take on change and confront the dark places within themselves then physical transformation will not be possible. Everything first must start in the mind. Understanding your “WHY” and internal drive and desire of wanting to change is also extremely necessary.
Every new client will be given a sheet outlining questions that can help the individual dive deeper into there self beliefs and limitations surrounding there ability to make a change. The goal of this is for client to become more aware of the limiting thoughts that might restrict them from making a change or sabotage them during the process of working with me.
There will be 2 presentations I will give on different Saturdays as the first month is underway. These presentations will be on #1 Confidence Building/ Integrity with self and #2 Belief.
Part #5 Saturday morning group workouts, meetups & educational outings.

This program is designed to build a highly effective lifestyle path towards your weight loss journey. But equally as important it is designed as something you can sustain as a lifestyle for years to come.

Let’s make it fun. We will do Saturday morning outdoor workout activity’s as well as well as interactive seminars (grocery shopping tour, nutrition shop tour) to help you the client learn in a positive, uplifting atmosphere. I want to create a support network where we feel empowered to be the best version of self.

Meet Up Schedule

Grocery Tour/ Cooking Meal Prep

In our first month we will go to the local grocery store and cover the do’s & don’ts of grocery shopping.

Nutrition/ Supplement Store

We will meet up at the local nutrition store and discuss the proper supplementation to help assist you with your weight loss journey.

Gym Meetup & Workout

On the 3rd month if you are looking to go out on your own this is an opportunity to get more familiar with the equipment in your gym of choice and have a better understanding of how you can program for yourself.
